The details make the difference.

The starting point

A shifted sunroom wall was preventing the door from opening properly, and the outdoor connection needed an upgrade.

What Dusty built

The work included a new deck, removal of the shifted wall, a header to level the roofline, a new sliding glass door, replacement windows, trim, casing and a threshold.

The finished space

The returning client gained easier access from the sunroom to the outdoor space, with the doorway and surrounding finishes brought together.

For this returning client, we built a new deck outside the sunroom and corrected a shifted wall that was keeping the door from opening properly. The wall was removed, a header was installed to bring the roofline back level, and a new sliding glass door was added for easier access to the outdoor space. We also replaced the windows, added fresh trim and casing, and finished the sliding door with a new threshold for a clean, polished look.
